Elderberry Syrup Recipe

Not going to give you a big long spill on how SUPER FABULOUSA, AMAZING BENIFICIAL CRAZY GOOD (my Mary Poppin’s word for the day) Elderberries are. Here is my go to recipe when the flu is going around. It’s great and has warded off the flu and boosted our immune systems numerous times in our home. Tons of good references on how and why it works. One of my favorite books on herbalism is Practical Herbalism by Philip Fritchey, MH, ND CNHP.
